Camp Wisdom Park • 186 acres

Estes Park • 1,138 acres 
Designated for development of a comprehensive resort dating back to the original 1981 master plan. The City is currently soliciting proposals from developers. The 2019 Plan expanded the park from 1,057 to 1,138 acres. The City’s 2016 park master plan calls for resort development within the ten-year planning horizon. Low Branch Park • 129 acres

Pleasant Valley Park • 265 acres
Located south of Lake Ridge Parkway on the east side of the Mountain Creek arm of the lake. Includes a 69-acre ESA in a riparian corridor.
